The Group
The Computer Engineering group is one of five research groups at TIK. It is headed by Prof. Lothar Thiele. Our research and teaching activities concentrate on design, engineering methodologies, and tools for networked embedded systems and software.
In particular we are active in the following areas:
- design and implementation of wireless sensor networks,
- performance analysis of distributed real-time systems,
- design and performance analysis of multi-processor systems, and
- energy harvesting for general and transient systems.
